I went and bought a meal and the truth is, without words, the chicken they gave me looked like a pigeon because it was so small and the amount of rice not even a child could fill, which is why they lose more customers every day.
Chicken is okay but rice is to dry also the pulled pork. Whole food was just warm. First and last time I was here.
This review is for online/delivery orders from this Hillsborough Ave location. Unfortunately, every time I place an online order, there is a missing side item, it could be missing plantains, or missing side or rice or beans, or missing yuca side, or missing dessert. They still charge my card in full and I have to then contact Door Dash to receive a refund. It's great that I get refunded for the missing item. But extremely frustrating each time I place an order an item is missing. The bag is fully sealed, so it is apparent that staff simply didn't fulfill the complete order. This location needs better management. I have not been to this establishment so no idea what it's like in person, but online/delivery orders are just awful. And it does not matter if I place the delivery order during non-busy times or busy times, there is always a missing item. And what is the point of having the option to select any of their sauces if they don't include them in the bag? I would love to change the ordering location, but unfortunately this is the closest location that delivers to my address. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue when ordering delivery from this location. I love the food, just not the missing items in the delivery in a closed bag.
