Ruth's Chris Steak House Tampa

In my opinion, the situation was not fair. Lamb was cooked. The service was very slow. Our waitress was very nice, only slowly our Entree order. Waited 25-30 min until our dessert is released. Eating was okay, but not the best I had at other Ruth’s Chris locations.

We waited 30 minutes for placement. We noticed that lights had gone out in parts of the restaurant. We asked the hostess if she could prepare food, she said yes. When they brought us to the table, it took 10 minutes to inform us that they could not serve us! This is unacceptable.

I would like to give the whole experience a five-star rating. I made a reservation for my friend's birthday and unfortunately we were not able to order the restaurant due to electrical problems that occurred in part (or all, still not sure. Our server was very friendly, courteous and composes the cocktail I had ordered (Blueberry Mojito, delicious. I look forward to the experience and the food.

The food was delicious! It took a little long to get it after the order, but it was good to wait. The server was also fantastic!

My flight got in late and I called the restaurant. I had a little bit of extra time. It was an amazing meal and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
