Starbucks - Tampa

I spent a lot of time here studying for my double class, and I must say, the service was fantastic!

I ordered a coffee and found hair in it. The manager refused to either refund me or remake the drink and was quite rude about it. This place needs a serious overhaul in both sanitation and staff. I would rate it a grade F.

The drinks are consistently not prepared correctly, and the staff works at an extremely slow pace, even when there’s a line out the door.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 30 mins inline. Was attending student event outside and told they won't serve without a mask. Covid is over guys, wake up. Also this place is disgustingly filthy.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Lady behind the bar totally rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgraceful.
