Steak N Shake - Tampa

When we first came in, the whole space was empty and no personal to see. we started to order on the kiosk and noticed that it is a very limited menu (no chicken fingers, only lingers.) then I noticed a bunk fully cooked speck and cooked burgers sitting next to the grill. I was hesitant to order, but we had two hungry children and decided to try. we all had less than pleasant bathing experiences within an hour or two of the completion of the meal. the personal didn't tell us the whole time we were there. put them down and call them their number and let them eat on the table. my friend who was with me pointed to an open jug of Nacho cheese sitting on the theke (not chilled).

The inside of the restaurant was all sticky and rough and there were no other customers, they have a very limited menu in contrast to other steak and shakes. they do not serve chicken pliers and only burgers. if u in u to foot see a large plate of prefabricated burger and speck on a regal over a huge crawl of cheese. very inconspicuous. also the personal argued from the whole restaurant about the other employees court date the next day at five o'clock.

I have placed an order by over and I am still learning how to use the app, so I called the load to ask them to help me and the sweet nice ladies on the phone was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I will definitely order from this again! she had the most wonderful job and unfortunately not many people are as helpful as she was. she went beyond and beyond! amazing customer service absolutely amazing! this beautiful woman needs a lifting asap she was so in a beautiful mood that put me in such a great mood! I didn't get their names, but thanks to you so much to the woman I didn't even talk to them 10 minutes ago! you did my night?

I had the worst experience from this restaurant that I had never happened to me from all the time I order here. I and my spouse pray well through the drive thru when this young man tried to take our order. at once, a dame, which seems to be more superior, began with an extremely evil attitude that they can feel through the spruche, how rude it was. they tried to hurry and we were not done, order. we were not difficult customers or everything was not rude to them or something that we were trying to decide what we wanted, what was only likely to last 30s. we go into the window and she evades our food prices that I, although they may have spoken to another customer on their headset. I let them know that I wanted to get rid of my fries fresh, that she ignored me and so I repeated it and those. she has a attitude to tell me that she heard me like I ask what the sum is. she still had an evil attitude saying it was $19.31 I and my spouse didn't like how she looked at rude wise use or how her attitude towards us was so that we left and got nothing. we didn't know what she had on her sleeve, and as I said I never experienced it, so I was shocked how she treated us. the dame description: she was a light skin heavy set, with very short medium brown alfro frisur. I don't want others to know what we have experienced. please take care of this thema thank you

The chain it self is delicious but this location is horrible. It's open it's 4am but listen to what you order. The burger was wrong, I asked for onion rings and got fries in bag and I asked for lite ice and said it 3x. My drink was all ice!! The girls repeated my order back perfectly but when we got home it was all wrong.
