Subway - Tampa

There were dead ants in the drinks here. I found one squished on my cup lid, and my friend discovered dead ants lining the inside of their cup.

I was craving a cold sandwich and was feeling completely drained since I hadn't eaten all day. I decided to order a rotisserie chicken sandwich. To my surprise, the staff member microwaved the meat before placing it on my sandwich. When I inquired about it, she casually told me it was cold and slimy. At that point, I should have just walked out. By the time I got home, I ended up with a warm, gooey mess. The chicken was so dry that it was inedible. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t plan to eat at Subway again.

The service was quite lackluster. It felt like the staff didn't want to prepare my footlong sandwich. Additionally, the employee had an unpleasant attitude toward the person in front of me, who simply asked for extra mayo and napkins. That was really disappointing!

20 minutes till 10 the worker this subway looks at me and said sorry we closed at 9:45. I told her it?s not even 945 and your hours say 10. After arguing with her she reluctantly agrees to make me a sub but says I?m limited to one And there after shesaid she didn?t have everything I asked for. I will never come back to this location I hope management reads this. The date wasDecember 8, 2021.

I didn't get waited on. The guy did a lot of talking and waited on 2 people ahead of me but didn't wait on my. He stood next to the girl making sandwiches with his hands on his hips. I didn't even get acknowledged. This happened Sat. Sept. 11th around 130pm. Never again will I step foot in that store. I finally turned and walked away.
