Taco Bell - Tampa

Horrible Manager and Service. ordered from the passage and specifically asked to replace 3 times beef with beans. She understood and said sure. We came home, opened the pack and had beef. Can not pay attention to simple order. Never stop at this place again. She called back to complain, she said you need to come back and replace your order. I told her, listen, I'm now 20 minutes away and can't come, you should all pay attention to order. She said she couldn't do much, you got to come and was rude. It's not worth being a manager. First, they're messing up order and then they don't want to learn and hear.

I love this location! The food is always on point, fresh, and they're the only location that still has the Cinnabon Delights (HUGE favorite of mine and my kids)! The staff is usually respectful and nice, but it can kinda be hit or miss sometimes. Otherwise, 5/5! P.S., it's also super cool that it's within walking distance of our old house.

One of the best Taco Bell?s in Tampa, but I wish masks were worn more reliably there. I don?t feel really safe if anyone handling my food doesn?t wear one properly. But no other complaints!

The service is fast correct and employees were polite and I got the right order

Not the worst Taco Bell a have been to but close. The lady taking my order had attitude. I had to repeat it multiple times. When I got my food it look like any d's been dropped or stepped on. The grilled stuffed burrito O was torn in some places and the feeling was squeezed out in others. And lastly the tortilla it was wrapped in was flaking apart and falling apart and tasted stale. The sign said grand opening, and if this is their grand opening service I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Also witnessed the lady refilling the cup lids right after handling money without washing her hands and she was getting her hands all over those plastic lids. She wasn't handling by the edges she was handling them all over the place.
