My family of five, including my youngest child who is 10, visited the restaurant. After the initial explanation of the Hooters-style dining concept to attract customers and tips, we had no issues. The service was excellent, as expected, and the food was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the chili and buffalo chicken cheese dip topped with sweet Thai chili sauce. It was a delicious combination! Additionally, there is a kids menu available that includes Kraft macaroni and cheese.
I absolutely adore this specific Wing House. The food is consistently excellent and the service is exceptional! I am a frequent visitor and I always enjoy seeing my favorite bartender, Vanessa, whenever I come here. My colleagues and I make sure to visit only when she is on shift. She is always cheerful and it feels like catching up with a close friend each time!
I only visited this restaurant once, but I thoroughly enjoyed their hot wings (the spiciest on the menu). The flavor was great, but they skimped on the sauce, so I had to order an extra side of it. The hotter, the better. The ambiance sitting on the balcony on the second floor was pleasant.
We stopped for dinner at this restaurant and it wasn't busy. However, we had to wait 5 minutes at the door before someone acknowledged us. We were then informed that they no longer had physical menus and we needed to view them on our phones, which was inconvenient. I personally found this lack of consideration for customers offensive. When the waiter finally took our order for appetizers and main courses, we requested for them to bring everything to the table as soon as possible as we were very hungry. Unfortunately, it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive with no explanation for the delay. The appetizers were no longer needed by the time the food arrived, so we sent them back. Additionally, we were not given silverware, some sauces were missing, and our drinks were not refilled. Due to these issues, I gave the restaurant 1 star. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. The only positive was that we discovered we liked the horse sauce. Overall, the experience made me wish we had just gone to Taco Bell with my family instead.
I absolutely love Wing House. Their wings are superior and their staff uniforms are much more appealing. However, the atmosphere during the last year at the Bucs stage has been disappointing. The bartenders steal the show. Our waitress tonight was lovely and the food was good. But while we were watching a Rays game, a group at the end of the bar (whom the bartender was flirting with non-stop) wanted to watch a California/Texas basketball game on the main screen, resulting in all screens except for four small ones being switched to that game. It was frustrating for those of us supporting a local Florida team, as it seemed the decision was made to earn a better tip. We only came to Wing House because our usual spot burned down. Hopefully, it reopens soon because these girls are entertaining. The music selection was a bit odd - most of the customers were not Hispanic, but suddenly at 8:30pm, the music switched to Mexican songs like salsa and merengue for an hour before we left. A mix of music genres is fine, but it felt like an overload of one specific type towards the end of our visit.
