Yolk, White Associates - Tampa

Me and an old girlfriend went there to catch up. Been together ever since! So I'm not sure what they put in those breakfast sandwiches but I'm a fan!

Every time I've had to work downtown in the past 5 years, I have eaten at this restaurant in the morning. They serve a delicious breakfast and the owner is really cool.

Open during week days and a short walk from the convention center. Frittata was really good, they ran out of grits but offered third egg or bread to make up. Great place for breakfast on the river walk.

Great fresh and amazing. Probably the best quick breakfast spot in downtown. Owner operates and cooks every on order and is very personable. A side of grits is a must.

The coffee was delicious and the sandwich was perfectly excellent. The two eggs with spinach and tomato on Cuban bread were so tasty.
