Yummy House - Tampa

The food is top-notch, definitely deserving of five stars. However, the service was quite poor, and management did not address the issue. So, while the food is fantastic, be prepared to endure a frustrating experience to enjoy it.

Fantastic! I ordered takeout from Yummy House and was extremely pleased with my meal. I had the Spicy Grouper Eggplant Hot Pot, Salt Pepper Calamari, and Snow Pea Pods with Garlic Mushrooms. The Grouper Eggplant dish was outstanding, bursting with flavor and served in a rich, spicy sauce. The calamari was also delightful, perfectly seasoned. The snow peas were garlicky and absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to dine in next time!

I had heard great things about this place from several coworkers, so I decided to give it a try. I was truly impressed! Nestled in an unassuming strip mall, Yummy House offers delicious dishes at an astonishing speed. I sampled the Mongolian beef, Szechuan chicken, chicken curry, and grouper with XO sauce—everything was excellent, although I don't think I'd order the curry again. The prices are comparable to any typical Chinese takeout spot, but the quality of the food is far superior. If you're craving some classic takeout, but want something better, Yummy House is definitely worth a visit!

I chose the seafood clay pot and the grouper special, and they were both delicious as always. Just a tip—avoid ordering anything you would typically get at Panda Express!

Excellent sit-down Chinese restaurant with a good selection of meals. Upper scale atmosphere with low to mid range pricing. Good dim sum selection during lunch. Have been here about a dozen times and will keep coming back.
