Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Overall, this Zaxby's usually gets your order right and serves the food at the appropriate temperature. However, there have been instances where they've either forgotten an item or made errors, such as adding grilled chicken to a Cobb salad instead of fried chicken, even when the receipt clearly specifies otherwise. Among all the Zaxby's locations near me, this one is our preferred choice. We mostly order to-go, so my review is focused on the typical drive-thru experience. I'm not familiar with the interior, but from the outside, everything seems well-maintained and clean.

I was so disappointed when I got home to find that my order was incorrect—this isn’t the first time it's happened! I ordered two Cobb salads with grilled chicken, but instead received salads with fried chicken that didn’t even contain cheese, eggs, or cucumbers. Just fried chicken and lettuce! Didn't anyone notice that the salads were incomplete? Our order was even repeated back to us at the drive-thru and the cashier window. It’s incredibly frustrating! Given that the meals aren’t inexpensive, I expect them to be prepared correctly before they’re handed out. What a letdown!

I just visited Zaxby's and ordered a Cobb Salad with two extra chicken fingers. When I got back to work and opened it, I found there was no extra chicken. I called the restaurant, and the manager insisted that they had added the extra chicken to the salad. He then told me to bring it back, and they would add another piece of chicken. When I returned and showed him the salad, he gave me a box with half of a chicken tender chopped up in it and just walked away. I’m done with Zaxby's!

Would have been nice to recieve the food I actually ordered and chicken thats actually cooked.....drove 30 mins, wasted over 10 dollars for raw chicken and barely filled fries smh.....

Horrible experience, I ordered a bonless wing meal and. Heddar bites then waitied 20 minutes watching over 10 people come in behind me and order then get thier food, when i finall got my food my cheddar bites were burnt and cold at the same time, my chicken barely had any sauce and the chicken looked locked it was sitting out for hours. I WILL NEVER BE BACK
