Papa John's - Tamworth

I avoid any company that wont take legal tender as in cash made to feel rubbish ....Its not good at all ...I did contact HO bit they said even online you cant have deivery and pay cash just wrong

Broke down a few yards from his Pizzeria, so decided to go get a pizza whilst waiting for recovery. The person who served us was pleasant. Watched him cook out pizza from scratch which didn't take to long at all from start to finish, which was around 10-15mins. The pizza itself was tasty and off course hot. The crust was nice, and although the base is nice, i do prefer thinner base.

I hadn't ordered from Papa John's in a while, and now I remember why. The delivery was late, arriving 30 minutes after they had sent an update saying it had been delivered. The pizza was stone cold and missing half of the toppings. It was stodgy and inedible. I will not be ordering from there again.

I ordered a meal deal with 2 sides for $20.99, but was informed that my partner, who works for the police, was eligible for a 50% discount. However, I was charged $17.59 instead of the discounted price. When my order arrived, only one side and the pizza were delivered, even though the box indicated that there were supposed to be 3 items. I tried calling the restaurant numerous times from 17:26 to 21:00, but nobody picked up the phone. I called the next morning and was told that they don't answer calls when they're busy. I explained the situation and was offered a replacement, but I requested a refund instead. The agent said the manager wasn't available and that the refund would have to be approved by him. Despite providing my contact information, I never received a call back from the manager confirming the refund.

Horrible undercooked base ruined the pizza. If your idea of a good pizza is expensive stodge then this is the place for you How hard can it be to get it right
