Dunkin' - Tamworth

Drive thru person never gave me back my card, tried calling for over an hour just got an automated message clearly they shut there phone off. store is a joke and most of the staff except for 2 people are completely

I cannot express enough to drive right on by and go to ANY OTHER Dunkins. They never get a dam thing right here ever.

I was completely ignored by the staff. I know they saw me waiting at the counter they made eye contact. There was no I 'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. There weren 't even a lot of customers. There was one other person inside and one person going through the drive thru. I waited at the counter for a good 5 minutes before giving up and leaving.

The wake up wraps were ok, they didn't have any donuts or munchkins.

I feel a little insane posting a negative review after seeing how many people post positively and say the service is quick. Is this not the same Dunks I have gone to/drove by every summer for the past 5 years? Every morning, every spot in the parking lot is taken and the drive thru stretches motionless to the street.I feel like the positive reviews must be bots or fake or something fishy is going on. They have never improved and have no competing Dunks within 10 miles so they never will have to.
