Feedback gevenI arrived to airport and whilst waiting for my transport, decided to have a veg curry hotpot with rice and alongside a very small portion 2 handfuls of tepid microwaved rice veg I received terrible customer service : it started with no aknowledgment of me waiting at the till to order and then when kindly asked to tell me what vegetables are inside the stew, the young guy who took my order behind the till said i dont know and just showed me a scoop of veg from the distance. They have an offer written in a large print on the wall every 5th plate of hot food free and after making my payment, i enquired for this lotalty card and my 1 stamp the young guy and his coworker a woman replied they dont have it, only for coffee...then i said why do you advertise that you do this offer to which he mumbled something to himself and started writing something behind the till.. i asked if i could get one please as ive already ordered the food and he said thats what he's trying to do now then the manager a middle aged man )came and looked at the altered coffee card and in a strict tone asked me did you write this on it? At that point i started to get annoyed and i explained that he's making me feel awkward and then the manager asked the young waiter if he wrote it which he confirmed . The manager then started telling him off and said he'd bring the card to my table as i said i wanted to have my food before it gets cold . Surprise surprise nobody came to give me the card with my stamp and didnt even notice me as i was leaving right in front of the till... one hour has passed and im still hungry . And i paid £5.95 for this experience. The second star is actually for the veg as it did taste quite nice, but not enough and they shall NEVER see me there AGAIN. No pictures unfortunately because i was hungry and also wanted to get out of there asap!!!!!
Poor service, tiny portions, falafels hard as stone, poached eggs hard as stone. 3£ for 3 tiny slices of bread... Not recommended. The manager was really helpful and refunded us.
I think some people have confused Joes with balzar which is easily done. We just had very tasty beef chili and baked potato and Thai curry with rice. Both are properly tasty. Service from younger attendant is the usual of late night service joints but slightly older guy couldn't have done enough. Worth a try over burgers being offered elsewhere.
Awful Customer Service from the Manager in charge. We had a coffee this morning and got served by the manager. I have to say, she must not work on hospitality industry or maybe she need to be trained to get that position or how to use English correctly. Who replies to their customers with: well, it 's a common sense that 's rude and insulting you ....... Regardless if I touched the freeking breadstick which I was going to buy you don 't talk to customers that way makes you so desperate to sell your product, you cheap, needy..... I guess that 's how much chain companies care about customer service especially on airports branches where ppl only visit them once.
