Awesome, smoky, spicy veggie burrito shattered in green Chile sauce. the staff was very understanding of no milk and could confirm that drilling was not cooked with animal products. highly recommended if they are in taos, especially when they eat with some omnis.

Yummy options staff didn’t blink an eye as I removed mayo and all dairy from tacos papa and fajitas veggie . The salsa served with the chips is SO GOOD and we can’t stop eating it!!

I got the veg sopapilla and it was fantastic. The sopapilla itself was delicious, and the veg filling had potatoes, peppers, onions, and beans. The green chile was super good too, thicker than many I've had other places. Everything was super fresh. We will definitely come back.
