Feedback gevenThat's my second time that pizza had. her pizza is really good, but unfortunately her customer service has not been better since the last time! if they want to order her order quickly, then go and eat. also they have beautiful collection of beer too.
Today for lunch. 4 discs, 3 salads, 4 drinks, 2 desserts. our server was wonderful, she really welcomed us and took care of us. Eating was mostly good as it was in the last 30 years that we eat here. one of our discs, however, was raw and gummy. no big thing. it happens. it had a lot of wet toppings and we thought it just changed the texture of the crust or something. it was the shredder we often get and it is in the usually delicious, but this was a lot different from usual. the diugh seemed kind of raw or something. because it was not really eatable, we decided to mention it on the server that was wonderful and instantly apologized and said she would see what she could do. When we got the sack, we saw that nothing was reduced and asked them about it. She said the manager couldn't do anything for us. because the disc was not edible, it felt kind of strange, so we asked to talk to the manager who thought she might have misunderstood the situation. the server came back a few minutes later and said that the manager had made a 5 percent discount. the bill was just over $100, so we thought we would just let it go at that point. until we realized that she had reduced...5 percent of the slice! 55 cents. at this place it felt very strange and we asked again to talk to the manager, thought she had made a mistake. She finally came to our table with the meandering attitude and said that she actually favored 5 percent of the indefinite layer and said that she was all she was allowed to offer from the peculiarity. when we asked whether their policy should not offer to destroy or to reimburse food if it is unusable, it snores visible. it was surreal. we gave the server a 20 percent tip and moved on with our lives, but write this in the hope that the owner will read and help her work on customer service and customer relations. one of us is a local entrepreneur who sends from the city dwellers to this restaurant, and the other is a local manager who does the same. we are sisters and come since our youth to pizza outback and bring now the next generation of the family, as well as friends and colleagues, whenever we can. we have never been so insulted and had someone so unbelievable? inappropriate? what does it mean in all our years dining room. so disappointed.
Whenever I get from taos, I stop here, the personal is friendly and the pizza is great. this time we got a shredder with Italian sausage and that was delicious. (sorry, the picture doesn't make it fair) large drink selection and beautiful terrace
I called in and ordered a pizza and authorized her to run my card for 23 dollars and change. 1/2 an hour later I got a call from them and asked for the card number again that they accused us of $73. they also said that the bank holds the medium for 3 days. After he went back and forth, the guy said they would cover the cost of pizza for their mistake. when we picked up the pizza, the manager insisted on the payment for the pizza. we went without our money or pizza. is not returned to this device.
Went in late on 6/20/22 and hungry! Sierra promised the salads would arrive in 3 minutes and they did! Then the pizza was just a few minutes later. The portions are so large, there was lots to take home. The pizza slices are very large-they lap off the dinner plate. Easy to share one. We have some favs-Greek, Primavera, and others with no meat. But it's all good with a thick crust. The chocolate chip walnut cookie is huge also, but I think it needs to have a little more salt in the batter. Sierra checked on us just enough and not too much! This is one of our favorite places in Taos. Lived here 26 years. Thank you TPOB
