Pelican's Snoballs - Tarboro

I recently visited one of the best Pelicans locations and was highly impressed. The Snoballs were incredibly flavorful and melted in your mouth. With a wide variety of unique and delicious flavors to choose from, this place is definitely a favorite for both kids and adults. I highly recommend checking it out as soon as possible, as it is 100% worth it. I give it a 5-star rating. Pro tip: try the Sno-cream with your favorite flavor.

Perfect for hot weather. It would be a good idea for the staff to wear hair nets as my sister found some hair in her food.

There are so many flavors to choose from at this restaurant. I only gave it 4 stars because the drive-thru isn't operational yet.
