Mcdonald's - Tarpon Springs

Probably the worst Mc Donald’s in Florida.Always delay ,always waiting at that first window,sometimes mistakes ….It s crazy ,why is it different from other Mc Donalds ?!?

Price has gotten too high for the quality of food they serve.

Placed an order on the app to the tarpon location and never got a pickup code so I tried to call the store to see if there was a way to cancel the order or to get some type of help and MIA was extremely rude over the phone and would not let me ask any of my questions because she thought I was just trying to get the food when I was just trying to figure out a way to cancel it and get the money back. Customer service was terrible, she said she had already talked to someone about a mobile order which doesn’t pertain to me at all, I am a completely separate customer.

The food we ordered was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese deluxe and my husband ordered the Big Mac meals which was fresh for the meat was juicy just as we like it. Thank you for serving our meals fresh and tasty.
