The only good thing about this place is the retail section.... Everything else is bad. Where do I start? .. there customer service is TRASH. When you are buying and or looking to buy something you will almost always get ignored. When you are being attended by a employee, they almost always treat you like you are a inconvenience to them. The worst part of this place is the TACTICAL WANNA-BES (RSOs). They always have attitudes ... Theirapproach is always aggressive. They can't interact with someone without their mighty ego being front and center. Also you can't shoot in peace without a TACTICAL WANNA BE telling you how to shoot... I didn't know I went to the range for a free training course. The employees at the range counter often screw things up and will have you waiting damn near an hour to go shoot. There are too many rules in the 100 yard range. The TACTICAL WANNA-BES are ALWAYS hoovering over your shoulder and it's very uncomfortable.Definitely better places to go.

Nice range when it works. I go but it's a 50/50 chance of everything working. I went today for the Rifle range, paid for the hour, went in and it was like a sauna. A/C broke again!I stayed about 20 min and was dripping in sweat. Sweat in my glasses and the RO got on me for taking them off to clean them wipe my face. Then the RO got on me for standing and shooting. So many odd rules there.My watch said it was 89 degrees in the Rifle range. No refund either and they didn't mention the A/C issue when i paid. I guess the heat was good training... lol...

I've been wanting to upgrade for a while and had my eye on the sig p365, but I wasn't 100% sure on it. When arriving was greated by Matt who went above and beyond to answer all my questions I had and took his time going over different options. I mentioned how turquoise was my favorite color and he suggested I get the Robin egg blue and would be more then happy to order it for me.I was sold! Because when it arrived she is a beauty in person! Appreciate the time and great customer service Matt provided and would definitely come back to him for more in the future!

Awesome shooting range and gun store. Matt helped me choose the right gun for me and my needs. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I was able to rent and try before buying. They have everything you need. Very clean store and firing range. Well organized. I would highly recommend this shooting range and Matt.

Feeling upset with the rude treatment, we decided to leave without spending a dime. We informed them that we would be leaving a one-star review, and they seemed indifferent. About twenty minutes later, we realized that one of us had forgotten their driver’s license at the range desk. We had handed it to the girl at the desk to check in, and I distinctly saw her place it on the counter while attending to other customers. When we called to retrieve the license, the employee became defensive without even checking for it. She insisted that lost licenses were not their responsibility and refused to look where it had been left. Their attitude was hostile, and we suspected that one of the employees might have taken the license. Although we may have left it behind, we were certain of where it was. We decided to involve the police, and it was disheartening to hear someone in the back of the range laughing about our situation. We’ve visited many ranges before, and they are typically friendly and welcoming environments. However, that was not the case here, and we will not be returning. If we do not get the license back, we will consider taking further action. A special thanks to Kiernan, the only employee who showed kindness and tried to assist us during this ordeal. Your help is greatly appreciated!
