I leave the situation calm and calm, after only 2 minutes they bring me a dry spit heated with the microwave with 3 pieces that had nothing ruthless!! At this point, I'll let myself miss something because of hunger, I pay and go out. I leave to you the considerations on the premises....
This farm is located on top of a hill and in summer it is very pleasant to dine outdoors, the courses are generous and of good quality, but nothing amazing, kind staff, we say that the three stars are perhaps a little narrow, but it does not deserve four, there is margin of improvement.
I didn't know the appearance of this place! Ahemé how many dinners I missed! Charming! Location of privilege on a green valley that has nothing to envy to Tuscany! I ate very well, simple and genuine cuisine! The coastline was top! I have to go back! Point!

If you read my reviews you already know that I hardly give negative judgments, I try to grasp the positive sides or understand why it has not gone; then if it is a place in my area it is even more difficult ... Once here you did not eat badly, but after repeated changes management the quality has gone increasingly clear and after 2 times go wrong I decided that I will never come back! Yesterday evening specifically we waited from 20:00 to 21:30 to eat in a place that was absolutely not complete. Hot red wine: we know that red wine should not be served cold, but in summer if it is brought fresh it is not a scandal, but above the 25 degrees it is hot and not good. Cold sliced appetizers, hot also these: in summer it is not possible to serve this hot dish, the vanish pieces kept in the cool and instead seemed to have been warm and air for hours, even changing the color of the meat seemed also enclosed by other dishes and then arranged to hide the thing. In fact, we didn't eat them: after an hour and a half of waiting and an ultimatum on time, two dishes that define a gross would be like a compliment. Both gave the feeling that they were defrosted in a hurry and that this operation was not successful, going to cook them still hard and in practice failing to cook the meat inside. When it was cut, it formed sacs of viscida and maleodorant meat; braziola to which the same fate happened and also this with an absurd smell. Fried chips that looked like scraps of a classic dish, with under all the remains of the scorched pieces of the bottom of the pan. Obviously we noticed both the huge delay for 2 simple dishes and the fact that they were inevitable portions, but instead of apologize for charity can happen.... Maybe so, but it's a little too much .., explain and maybe apply an important discount, we were told to talk to who baked the meat!?!?! I speak with the owner not with the cook: incredible! they paid us the whole account, without in practice having eaten, or worse, having risked to be sick cause total lack of quality and perhaps hygiene. We would have done well to bring meat to the hygiene office for a control, that smell will be difficult to forget. Unfortunately I strongly disagree to go to eat in this place. The only thing you still save is the panorama.......
