Went for a roasted bagel and got a burned bagel. When I returned with feedback, no apology was given. I was handed over a new bagel and pulled along.

I've been a resident of Taunton for over a year and used to frequent this restaurant almost daily until about a month ago. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly in recent months. I decided to stop going after they got my order wrong three times in a row—not just once, but three times! After being a loyal customer for more than a year, I've had enough and will not return. Today, I attempted to visit for the first time in a month, hoping things might have improved. However, I was stuck behind one car in line and waited over ten minutes just for them to take the order. Frustrated, I decided to leave. I do not recommend visiting this place!

I really enjoy having coffee and tea. Every café I've visited has been delightful and maintains a consistently pleasant atmosphere.
