Feedback gevenEis was spilled on the floor and another customer slipped and fell. the manager was so nice about the positive take away from the experience. someone asked to clean it with a dry mop. a worker came with a wet mop and pushed the water around. we ordered nuggets for my nine-year-old and they gave us sharp. I asked the right thing about the counter and the cashier said they were all out. she offered us instead of pickles.
Eating is good, I suppose, but every time I take a door bag from this place, in either missing items, false objects and false condements on food. I had just spoken to the manager, and she just saw it for a short service. apalling, I also work in almost food, and I think it is abhorrent that every time I order from this place, the whole order wrong ie: missing objects and totally false sandwiches. in my work, even if we're understated. we can still order efficiencies and get out exactly. they have no excuses.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS AND USE YOUR CARD! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS AND HAND OFF YOUR PHYSICAL CARD! I haven’t used my card in 2 weeks and the one time I did, I went to this Wendy’s between the hours of 11pm-12:30am. An older white skinny women brown hair took my card and took a little bit but I thought it was because she was just swiping my card and the computer was being slow. I woke up to multiple fraudulent charges one being at Applebees $60), Dominos $30), and a Facebook pay of $500. I called my bank and got my money back and traced it back to the women who took my card. They are guessing that she took pictures of my card front and back and hooked it up to her grub hub which I do not have). I called this Wendy’s and the general manager did nothing about it. I heard her speaking to the individual and once she realized I was not on hold, she quickly muted herself. She then said that she supposedly did not see anything in the cameras but I have a strong feeling the manager is trying to cover up for the person. I will now be contacting corporate because I could only imagine how many other people she is doing this to. I wouldn’t have even noticed if my bank didn’t alert me about a fraudulent charge of $500 at 8:30 in the morning. I am warning anyone that is thinking of going or goes to this Wendy’s to be aware and check your bank statements and do not use your physical card.
Intense and continuous orden but no take about the store, no napkins no ketchup, soda machine doesn’t work and the Ice always is drop on the floor.
That's the worst wendy got out of all, they're going right past and they're going to raynham. the employees are all extremely rude and order has the wrong items in bag every time. please don't waste their time or money at this place
