Mcdonald's - Taunton

After a lovely evening with my family, my husband decided to treat us to a McDonald's home delivery. After deciding what we all wanted, it was ordered.... The app kept putting back the time so it seemed to take longer and longer to arrive. When it did finally arrive, our whole order wasn't even there! We were missing at least half of it! The food that had arrived wasn't edible. The chips were hard and cold and tasted like I was eating cardboard!! The wrap that my son had was labeled as a BBQ bacon and chicken but was actually a garlic mayo chicken wrap! How on earth is that acceptable?! My husband contacted McDonald's and when asked what he wanted the outcome to be, he asked for the food to be delivered, they wouldn't and said they would give a refund instead! Why ask if they're just going to ignore the request?! I'm so very disappointed and definitely will not be ordering from there again!

Good food, quick service, if you want a quick bite of fresh quality food come here, staff working hard and happy

Would give zero if possible I could understand standard food staff to not really care to much as it’s a cheap place but food wasn’t standard I feel sick now thinking about it not McDonald’s but this restaurant everything either raw or overcooked crowded annoying kids running round and staff just rude I don’t know how this place is still open

Basically went in to get a hot drink and the people next to us one kid had sick on them then the other one had a temperature as the mum was saying but she went up to the member of staff said have you got any wipes but they did nothing about it. They should not let them in, specially putting the other people at risk. The kid did not even move to let me pass well to get out around the table. Literally bad hygiene in this place

Ordered a meal to take away after a stressful day at work and this is what I’ve got. Not much else to say
