The New Mill - Taunton

The New Mill is a very well designed and spacious restaurant, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. You have a good menu and the food is excellent. A very pleasant and comfortable experience. I have often eaten there and the different people I have taken there share the same opinion.

Great service food amazing friendly staff definitely recommend been twice now in 2 weeks had lovely service both times very relaxed and not rushed at all.

The interior of this pub was lovely and really well designed and set out. It was however followed by the food which was pretty poor. The calamari was served as a kind of popcorn and was mostly batter and the two steaks we had were riddled with gristle and thick, inedible parts. Very disappointing meal.
