Catch 22 Traditional Fish And Chips

Fantastic little delight spot! we saw that this restaurant does not discriminate, so decided to try it. the ladies there were really nice and gave us a free cheese pizza rehearsal! Little did they know it was actually my birthday and they really did my day! the food was really delicious. fries and kartoffelfritter were crispy and cooked to perfection, nice meaty fish with delicious teig, super-kiesiges bark and eggburger and the cheese pizza was phenomenal! Many thanks to that they are great.

Best chips in taupo. krispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. no hesitation! a sign of good high boiling temperature, fresh oil and a separate tub for carrots. everything else on the menu is also great. but the chips are addicted!

Excellent fish and chip shop for the price we paid, the best I ever had personally. excellent customer service and high quality food and products. I can't get better, everyone should buy here.

Delicious food and friendly service. there was a small mixup with our order, as there was a burger missing. we didn't notice it until we returned to our motel, but before we think to call them calling me (has ordered online,) and personally delivered it immediately. would be highly recommended.

Last night I brought fish and chips at Catch 22, and not the schnapper, just hoki. I'm 70 year's old, so I've had a few fish and chip meals all over NZ, but hey I can honestly say I tasted the very very best I have ever tasted, so here I am back at Catch 22 the following night, and have just placed my order, two nights in a row and that's a first ever for me. The Chef's were a young Maori girl and boy, and I say Chef's because that's how good they are, thanks very much. Cheers Wayne
