Love the brew so much you wish you could try it at home? Excellent news, you can Folk Brewers have a range of coffees to take with you, all expertly roasted by the Folk folk themselves. Hungry? Smash a donut or one of their amazing sandwich offerings. Folk is nestled amongst what looks like a shared/creative office space, which gives the whole experience a really cool vibe. In the heart of Tauranga, there's only a few excellent coffee offerings and Folk is one of them for sure (Mt Zion is another. There's room in ya belly for a lot of coffee). Such delicious coffee. Never bitter. These guys know their coffee machine. I usually only like Almond Breeze almond milk but Folk is using Milk Lab and it's very good! Kids had a low sugar soda, which is a nice option and a fresh hokey pokey cookie, which only cost $3 happy mum budget! Space is limited but we were able to sit and chill with today's Herald newspaper.

Best coffee I've had in New Zealand so far. In a 6oz flat white, the blend cuts through the milk very well without being over-roasted. Haven't tried the single origin but bought a bag and am excited to try it! Super friendly staff too.

Accidentally went into this neat little buzzing spot and buoy I don’t regret it at all. The staff know their stuff. I had turmeric latte and it was the best. And their almond croissant was jumbo. Friendly staff and guaranteed you will get the best coffee here.

We were told to look out for Folk. Good coffee we were told. And without a plan we drove into town, turned a corner and there it was. We were told correctly. The coffee is good. Thank you first morning in Tauranga. Latte shown below.
