Elizabeth Cafe Larder - Tauranga

Elizabeth has a welcoming and open atmosphere, and we were greeted with a smile. The beer was well poured and the coffee was excellent, of course. Service was friendly but unintrusive. All our meals were all excellent. As a chef myself, I was delighted to get such high quality food. My burger was wonderfully juicy and stuffed with mouthwatering extras- rich and flavorful cut with sharp pickles and a beetroot relish. The fries were cooked to perfection- fluffy clouds with a glass-like exterior and no trace of dirty cooking oil flavor. My mother had the squid/calamari which she said was amazing, and my sister's keto pancake stack was equally fantastic, loaded with halloumi cheese and all sorts of goodies. This is certainly a cafe I will return to, and highly recommend. The chefs deserve a cold beer and quite possibly a pay rise!

Great place for a meeting a heaps of parking, legend facility, good food and coffee

My friend and I decided to head to the mount for the day and decided to grab lunch at Elizabeth Cafe Larder in Tauranga because they have kept options. It was honestly the most delicious keto meal I have had! My friend had the calamari was super happy with her meal. The girls were super lovely and very inviting. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone!

A very good place to smash some food, a coffee and a snack. The coffee here is roasted by Kokako, a great specialty coffee roaster based up in Auckland. The baristas always do the coffee beans justice. The scones here are great and the Turkish Eggs were amazing. The other kitchen food all looks amazing and the cabinet food is great. The cafe seems to bring a mix of OAPs and business people. It can get busy but the team here are great and even at its busiest, we didn't have to wait very long. Worth a visit.

I enjoyed my coffee but too week for the other half, but you can only please half of us! My egg on toast and bacon was yum. His sausage roll, the pork filling was dry and flavourless. Pork needs good fat in it to make it juicy and lots of seasoning .
