Feedback gevenI went at 9:15 to kfc while they were open at 9:00. I wait for the talkbox and got no answer. I went up to the window and one lady said they had opened at 9:30. that was strange when they were open. we waited until 9:30 clock again through the drive. and no answer again. that was disappointing and I am dissatisfied.
Customers asked to wear a mask but manager forgot to wear hers. They pour the drinks long before the food is ready so by the time you get your food the drinks are warm so we asked for fresh drinks which seemed like a hassle. How can you expect the staff to provide good customer service if the manager can't be bothered
Was looking forward to my meal heading towards KFC, went to the closest branch, that being KFC in Mt Maunganui. But after ordering and receiving my much anticipated, much looked forward to meal, I was greatly dissatisfied, disappointed and most of all upset. The wicked wings were the opposite of wicked, they were awful. The chips sub par at best. I am sitting in my car crying and upset and contemplating life because my KFC was so horrible I do not think I’ll be coming back. Definitely not finger licking good.
Worst customer service at a fast food restaurant I’ve experienced, older maori lady served us through the drive thru. She was very rude. When we couldn’t reach the eftpos machine she told us we were under a 1m distance due to covid ? But we could reach out to pay? was not helpful at all! Consistently kept telling us to speak up and was not nice! extremely rude!!
For a long time this location in particular has been consistent for sub par service. Food is ok but every time I stop in because it is more convenient than something else, I'm reminded why I don't frequent this location anymore. The staff, if there are any, are just not interested in doing anything for anyone. Case in point this visit, there was a guy that was working the drive up and he was very friendly and fast at everything, we get up to pay, and he happens to mention he isn't sure about something we asked because he is in from another location just for tonight to help out. Makes sense now, THAT'S WHY he is so much different from the others. Customer after customer was trying to walk into the dine-in area because of course the sign says open till 10pm dine in. But doors are locked and no indication of otherwise, so there is a girl in the dine in area on break and acting oblivious to the situation as to not be bothered, when they can just put up a sign that the dine-in area is closed. See you in another year maybe when you are much more convenient, but I forget how horrible your location is...
