Mcdonald's Mount Maunganui - Tauranga

At least the foods good normally, but lately alot of our orders have been stale, just taste like reheated old food and for our past 3 orders we've made here, you've forgotten our drinks or got our order wrong. Really puts me off ordering again

Absolutely disgraceful service!!. They ended up serving us shakes from a machine that was broken/not working properly (we could see the whole thing), after waiting in the drive thru for nearly over 10mins (we were the only customers in the drive thru and nearly asked for my money back and only wanted ice cream ansd shakes), they served them too us in a sloppy mess (had to ask for more paper towels) and they tasted like pure syrup or worse.... All the staff were all just completely blazae about everything standing behind the counter. Would not recommend

Went for a Drive Thru 05.06.2022. Went on Sunday for a very long Q on Drive thru to get a bacon egg muffin. Since the Q is long, we just able to get to the order place at 10.59. And the girl declined our order since the already sold a lot of breakfast meal? I just said that we are on the Q and that was a long silence she just doesnt want to help customer. Not apologising or offer any solutions. Very bad manner and attitude. Manager not giving a good training. Not even making sense to declined the order when its not even the cut hours yet.

The worst mcdonalds in the Bay of Plenty, drive through is always horribly slow, poorly organised staff. And hideous amounts of rubbish oh and suprise the food orderd isnt complete.

It was pretty busy, but the staff was really nice and we got our order fast.
