Mcdonald's Tauranga

This McDonald's has a friendly staff, but the one at Papamoa Plaza is quite dirty. The kids' playground is consistently unpleasant and should really be closed down. The standards of cleanliness are concerning.

I don't usually write reviews for businesses or employees, but my experience with the exceptional customer service I received compelled me to share. When I was going through the process of building my own burger, it was a truly enjoyable experience.

I just ordered the bacon chicken deluxe burger, and I didn't even get a single whole piece of bacon in it. I took a picture, but I can't post it. So much for...

Awesome mcdonalds good service. Really awesome place

After working a 13 hour day all I wanted was a fillet o fish... forgot the cheese and cold chips thanks guys!!
