Spice Traders - Tauranga

The meals here are always delightful and never let us down. We especially enjoy the butter chicken, dahl makhani, and palak paneer. The naan breads are consistently cooked to perfection, just like the vegetable pakoras.

We had high hopes for our visit, and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly—within just five minutes of sitting down. The meals were delicious; I tried the 'kiwi mild' butter chicken, which was sweet and not spicy at all, while my husband enjoyed the 'Indian mild' chicken, which had a hint of spice and a creamy texture. I highly recommend the Garlic Naan. The portions were generous and left us feeling very full. Plus, the prices are fantastic!

One of the best restaurants in tauranga.. Amazing food with authentic Indian touch. Prices are reasonable. Well maintained place with super friendly staff. Goat biriyani is one of the must tries.. packed with spices. Good place for family and friends catchup.
