The service in this location is always “apathetic”; that’s the best way I can describe it. The owner always skimps on ice cream toppings to the point that it’s almost non-existent. Average review for an average (on a good day) shop.

I went in and got cookie dough ice cream, and the worker didn’t clean the scoop after previously using it to scoop a blue Cotton candy flavor, so my ice cream was blue and tasted weird. Please clean your utensils, it’s gross

It 's a marble slab, but the name on the outside is Great American Cookies with tiny Marble slab logo. Google maps took us to the wrong side of the building, hopefully the edit makes-in. Ice cream was perfect. Customer service could be better with more smiles . Yet, I will give five stars. Because it 's yummy! I post some pictures for clarification on where it is located.

Love small ice cream shops they remind me of getting ice cream as a kid. It’s still a treat to me. This shop makes it all that much better with their friendly service.

I gave 1 star to the guy that working as a manager or owner whatever. He is lazy and cheating on me all the time. I always bought cakes from that store for my kids 's birthday or my employee 's birthday. When I was asking if he can write a happy on the cake and he always made an excuse. Last 2 weeks I bought a big cake with strawberry on the top and asked him to write the sign, he told me I couldn 't write it because of the strawberry on top , okay It was skipped. The second time I was asking him to write and he told me your cake has pecan on the top so I couldn 't write . Today I stopped by to get a cake for my employee 's birthday, I got a cookie and cream cake with nothing on the top so I was nicely asked him if he can help me to write happy birthday? He told me your cake is too small for me to write it on . I was so upset and told him why he always had an excuse to help customers? He turned around and raise his voice. He told me okay I can write for you but if the words are turning out not nice so it is gonna be my fault . What is a bad customers services? There are a lot of Marble slab stores, don 't come to that guy store. I don 't respect people that cheating on doing business.
