Really disappointed with the service. So mind you it was fairly busy that is understandable. We got there and were told to pick a spot in a very busy restaurant. We found a table and it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks because the waitress couldn't remember whether or not we got drinks already. Keep in mind she did write them down. After we get our drinks we place an order then proceed to wait for the next 45 minutes. While other tables that came in after us were getting what they ordered. No appetizer or anything was brought out. So I then go up to the front after being ignored constantly by the waitress. To find out what is going on. I mean they are busy so I can understand that and that didn't upset me. What upset me is when the waitress came back to our table and said that there are several orders in front of ours. Which makes 0 sense as several other tables had come and got not only their appetizers but also there meals. Which tells me the order either got lost or didn't get placed. Either way we were lied to and will not be returning. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.

My wife and I have eaten there for several years now. boudin balls, fried oysters, fish filets, shrimp its all great. we think the value exceeds the price and we have eaten seafood from Oahu to key west
