Dairy Queen (treat) - Taylor

Kind, Helpful, and Efficient I have been here many times with my family and for the most part, the staff has been kind, helpful, and efficient. There was one time where they accidentally forgot to put the strawberry syrup in the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, so they took one of our blizzards back and put the syrup in it. It wasn’t until we got home that we noticed they put the syrup in the cookie dough instead of the cheesecake, so we called the place. The staff understood the problem, and gave us a free blizzard when we got back up there When the place is busy, like on free cone day, the staff was surprisingly prepared to serve their customers quickly.

Today, Valentines Day, I bought a Royal Oreo Blizzard. The tall gentleman working told me that when he gets off of work, he will be spending time with his ex. His xboxone that is. I got a real kick out of that. It cheered me up because after all, I was by myself like most Valentine’s Days. I frequent this location as it’s a good central area in the mall. My friend Mario, who knows me from Zumiez, also had good things to say about this Dairy Queen location.

I liked the Blizzard I got, but in the mall, it's a pain to find, especially if you're not familiar with the layout. There isn't anything announcing where it is when you're in the court yard area. I didn't realize it was there until I walked around to the other side of it from Macy's
