Feedback gevenOn that particular day, there was a Black female cook at the restaurant. I'm not sure if she was the manager. On February 24, 2024, around 2:50 PM, I requested a receipt, and the rude employee responded by questioning why I wanted it, implying that I might make a false complaint about my order. I couldn't believe the audacity of these so-called workers; their nasty and rude attitudes were truly unacceptable.
In my opinion, the Taylor location needs a makeover. It's not very appealing, and it only stays open until 8 PM.
For weeks, my boyfriend and I have been in contact with one of the managers, Chris, who keeps saying he's working on getting my $30 refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Any other restaurant would have refunded me, especially since I left without receiving anything I paid for. I've had no luck with Chris or the staff— just a lot of runaround with no resolution. I’m hoping leaving this review will finally reach someone who can help me get my money back. That would be fantastic!
I've been here 5 times since they opened, and my order has been messed up 4 times....That original post was right after you opened over a year ago, I didn't go back again until a couple of days ago and everything was good this time. But I did go inside instead of the drive through....
We LOVE Del Taco. Infact, we are originally from California and had Del Taco at our finger tips. Now that we live in Battle Creek, MI we crave it. SO, tomorrow, we are taking a drive to Taylor, MI for lunch. Can't wait!!!!
