Taco Bell - Taylor

Well hello there! Are you ready to satisfy your hunger with some delicious Taco Bell? Just be warned, those tacos can be a bit spicy and might have you rushing to the restroom faster than a racecar driver at the Indy 500. So, if you're feeling adventurous and want to take your taste buds on a wild ride, go for it! But if you're not willing to take the risk, maybe stick to something a little less fiery. Either way, I hope you enjoy your meal!

Friendly and helpful that was the Taylor Texas store. Now for the Taco but in Elgin TX. The bathroom sink or soap despisers did not work work. When I called to inform them the manager had a crappy attitude. I warned him if I go in there again and it's not fix d I will report them to the health department.

Service sucks!I have never given them attitude and never made any complaints until now. I always sympathize when they almost ALWAYS forget things on my order. I drive back and retrieve my items with no complaints.This last time, they were missing two of my items. I called and it was the same young man who gave me my order. I told him what I was missing and he asked if I wanted to speak to his manager. I said sure. So he hands the phone to her and she proceeds to carry a convo (using explicit language) I’m thinking she must’ve thought no one was on the line. Nope! She gets on and I explain to her what I ordered and what was missing. She asked if I wanted to come back and I agreed to and she even said she’d throw in some free stuff for the trouble (they never have before). She got my name, said they would be ready when I got there just let them know my name. So there was a car that barely pulled up to the menu to order when I got there. So I pulled up to the window and gave my name. The young blonde yelled I was there. The one who gave my order said I was the one he lied on him. Then the manager (now with an attitude) appears and said if I could pull around and tell her through the mic what I was missing on my order. I looked at her and said WHAAAAAAT? She said oh no I mean today it’s not an issue. Then why say it? I wouldn’t have to inconvenience them if they wouldn’t inconvenience me and just get my order correct!!! ??‍ If you have this type of manager running that store then Taco Bell needs to definitely RE-TRAIN her in customer service. She DOES NOT set a good example for her crew. I cannot remember her name but she is Hispanic, black glasses, tattoos, piercings. This happened Thursday, April 4th 2024 around the 7 o’clock evening hour.

The teenage girl in the drive thru on 4-5-24 at 11pm was horrible. Over charged got the wrong order and wasn't even offered napkins or sauce. Taylor is horrible!

I ordered 5 doritos tacos with guacamole and the girl messed up , no guacamoli, she's pretty tho 3 stars
