Tim Hortons - Taylor

My experience ordering in the drive-thru this morning was amazing! The person taking the orders was so friendly and energetic. He greeted each customer with enthusiasm and made each interaction fun and entertaining. Despite working on Thanksgiving morning, he was in a great mood. Thank you, sir, for making my day so special! You're awesome!

I have started coming to this restaurant in the morning because the men taking my order and serving me at the window are incredibly kind. They are so wonderful and truly brighten my day. And my order is always prepared exactly as I request. I have visited many Tim Hortons that are inconsistent with their coffee, but not this one. I absolutely adore this place!!!

The staff at this restaurant is amazing, providing excellent customer service. I have never encountered any problems with my orders. I am a frequent customer and everyone is welcoming and personable.

I love the way they made my Irish cream cold brew with cold foam. The drink itself was beautiful. The foam didn't get absorbed by the coffee or ice and turn the whole drink into liquid. There was still foam at the very last sip. I got a medium because they are doing an offer for free medium cold brews on the weekend if you use the app. The line was long and moved slowly on a Sunday morning, but it was worth the wait.

What a night and day difference between this location and the location on Michigan ave near the train station. This place has been always good with the speed of the line, my orders, never had a mistake and their items seem to always taste a bit better, customer service is will recognized and they try to achieve it to keep customers returning. This has been my go to now even tho the Michigan ave location is closer. I hope they continue this trend.
