Little Caesars Pizza - Taylors

Good for fast meal in a pinch. I use it more than we like, but it's what it is. What was a little disappointing was in this special business I was told that the money we pay for extramost is only 8 more pepperoni and once more cheese. I went to the Travlers Rest Store and ored through the ride. Once in the window, I'll ask the girl on the window if that was true. It caught her from grottos and she did not react waiting to say that I told you that so in not telling anyone. I'll tell everyone. Lol

Seriously, company has to get into the store. About once every 2 or 3 months I will come here cuz my wife wants. It's always the same. Never hot and finished, I'm the only car in the parking lot no other customers inside. Always a 30-minute weight, the last time I have something here. I know, I know, staff shortage, supply chain, Little Caesars strives to offer the best quality pizza in the best service for every customer, blah blah blah. But this store is consistently bad before the Kovid. Cuz of 28 August 2022, it is still. But I guess they have enough replay to stay in business. I came here twice a week. Now I only come once every three months and that's just because my wife likes little caesars.

We ordered 2 big cheeses and a 3 meat pizza. When I called to place order, the guy replied hi and laughed and said holding, so he could finish his convot with staff that I could still hear ..not work related at all and. then finally came back to take my order. When I picked up the food, it was dry and not even warm. Even those who have to cut the pizza must learn to cut bc there were literally slices that took 3/4 of the pizza and the other slices were tiny. Unprofessional and the worst little Caesars I had.

This assessment should be only a 3 because I couldn't give them 2.5. half the time, the customer service is on the point. The other half is over. Last time I moved to this place, I called to make my order by phone. No one picked up the phone after numerous calls. When I drew this to the employees, he was rude and treated me as if I were evil. After that I decided that a 50% chance of bad service was not a good reason to return.

I tried calling 45mins before closing to pick up a pizza otw home andI tried calling all the way their their never got ANYONE TO PICK UP. I was there 15 till closing and NO ONE PICKED UP OR OPENED THE DOOR!!! I even SAW people Blatantly ignoring me as I pulled up to the restaurant and knocked on the door.. THIS IS THE WORST IN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I've worked in restaurant before and in customer areas and this is not acceptable.. UR OPEN TILL 11PM FOLKS, PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!
