Feedback gevenI ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken for $16 at this restaurant. While I understand prices have increased, I was disappointed by the lack of Greek salad dressing and fresh ingredients. The salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, two olives, 2 peppers, a small amount of mozzarella, spoiled cucumbers, unripe tomatoes, and grilled chicken that tasted more Asian-inspired. The service from Gus, who had to be reminded by a server to ring me up, was less than friendly. I regret not checking the reviews before dining here.
I visited the drive-through window and ordered a salad with extra toppings, each of which was charged separately. The total came to approximately $16. When I handed my card over, it was unexpectedly charged for more than $30, resulting in a total of $51.93. I was upset by this mistake, but the restaurant refused to refund me, claiming they did not want to be charged twice by the credit card company. As a result, my cash app card was left in the negative. It has been over a month since this incident occurred in early May, and I still have not received my money back. Additionally, the salad I received had moldy tomatoes when I finally got home to eat it.
This place used to be awesome. Since pandemic food has gone down and price up. The servers are all so nice. But the owner/manager has the absolute worst attitude! On top of falling food quality and higher prices you should also really check your bill. If you add up your bill from menu prices it will always be about $2-3 off from what you calculate. Owner has no explanation just attitude of so you really want me to refund you. Yea I do. What bothers me is you are doing this to all customers and we don't notice! Take your money to a much better quality food and service Greek/Italian restaurant
We dined here before, but I don 't remember much from last time. This time we had a coupon for 10 off two entrees. There are many good menu selections. My wife had the Italian Combo (lasagna manicotti, meatball and Italian sausage topped with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese; served with spaghetti/meat sauce, a Greek side salad and garlic bread for 16.99). The portions were large, and she said it was excellent. I had one of the specials: Seafood Ravioli (crab and shrimp) with a Greek side salad and garlic bread for 13.99. The ravioli was disappointing because the flavor of the pasta and the sauce overpowered the seafood (and there was not much of the seafood). I could not taste the seafood unless I picked the seafood stuffing from the pasta. When I paid for our meal, I gave feedback to the cashier regarding the seafood ravioli (I think she was the owner/manager. She said, It 's been made that way forever. No one else complains. You could have ordered a different sauce. Regardless, the seafood stuffing was less than half the thickness of the pasta surrounding it. Chef Boyardee does a better job with ravioli in a can. Next time I will order something that is hard to up, probably a pizza or a calzone. Stay away from the seafood ravioli. Humor the owner/manager. There are many good menu items, so I 'm sure Mythos can do better.
I would not feed this frozen, inauthentic food to my dog. Upon arrival at the drive-thru window, I was greeted by one of the owners with a rude attitude, shouting my total without a smile. This restaurant seems to no longer be able to afford to serve fresh food. I paid $35, which I will be disputing with my bank. The gyro meat was hard, cold, and burnt, accompanied by frozen vegetables that were cold in the middle with a hint of freezer burn. The pita was soggy underneath the unappetizing lamb pieces with lukewarm tzatziki sauce. The Greek salad was lackluster, consisting of iceberg lettuce, one olive, and a tomato. The personal pan pizza for $10 was a hard pita round with sauce and cheap, hardened mozzarella, served cold. The spinach pie was cold and appeared to have been reheated in the microwave, with just two small triangles. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the food and the customer service. When I called the owner to express my concerns, she was dismissive and hung up on me. I advise closing this business as it is in dire need of improvement in both management and customer service. Beware of this establishment.
