Feedback gevenI went through the drive-thru and ordered but when I paid I noticed they charged me for the wrong order. When I let the employee at the window know, he got an attitude and rudely asked for the receipt and bag they handed me. I told him I got the wrong order and need it corrected and his attitude and choice of words got worse and that's when I went inside to speak with a manager. The manager inside-Mathew, who has piercings and tattoos, was very helpful, he was attentive and understanding and he was extremely calm and respectful, he gave me the correct order and even threw in an extra sandwich for the hassle. That assistant manager needs a raise and some kind of recognition for the awesome job he's doing. That manager is the only reason this review is a good review. That's what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. and I hope the store manager and owner both see this review and talk to him about a promotion and/or raise because nobody else in that store did anything or had anything to say except for him. If they want people like that to continue working for a place like McDonald's, that franchise should recognize the amount of effort that managers like him are putting into the job. And reward said effort- notjust recognize it. I go to this location often, and I speak with that manager often. something positive should be done for that manager before spring.
The drive through is generally fairly quick. It’s pretty much the same as every other McDonalds. Ya know.
Their service sucks soo bad and what’s up with them being so stingy with their sauces .
I didn't have any experience the girl at the counter appeared confused holding money in her hand looking confused... Wth
Went there 10 min before closing and was told they were closed when asked what time they closed they didn’t respond
