Mcdonald's - Taylorsville

Ordered on the kiosk. Waited over 25 minutes for a fry basket, fries were soggy and cold when we finally did get them.. I ordered a mocha frappe which the cashier asked me four different times as I waited, what I was waiting for only for me to watch others who ordered after me get their orders while I waited and was ignored. This place has really gone down.

I went to the drive through. And I ordered a valley of fish and a ten piece nugget. The two things I enjoy the most on the menu. The customer service was really great. And I got a wonderful smile and the young lady was very polite. I just wanna thank you. Young lady for the beautiful smile and.I say thank you. Because that's the most important thing I look for in a business is the great customer service and you definitely surpassed that.. Even thoughTo you your job may seem small, but it's definitely not. You're smile can make a huge difference in the life of a person who's had a rough day.. So keep smiling period i'm definitely gonna recommend this mcdonald's. And if I ever return in that direction I will be sure to visit again.

Horrible place ran by mentally challenged window lickong people who can't even put dipping sauces on the bag , let's get it straight there's is no one task at a McDonald's that is in any way shape or form able to be consider hard . Some of the simplest tasked have been stream lined to make it even easier to complete . Now a person. Who can't even do that should proba ly just hobble on off in the wilderness somewhere and save the rest of us the burden .

The fries was cold and not very good I had a stomach ache right after I ate the chili

I only got a frappe'. I really don't care for their food.The frappe' was good, but the cup was sticky. I wasn't given a napkin with it.Although that may seem petty, when you're driving it's really not cool to have sticky hands.
