Customer service is horrible. Grease is regularly burnt nowadays it makes the food taste horrible. They don't mind serving frozen fries. Cole slaw is watered down with a pink tint to it. Food over cooked and burnt. Not including the frozen fries of course they just decided to serve those out the freezer. And when its time to takes ownership the manager makes all type of excuses and has trouble apologizing. To top it all off the place hasn't been remodeled in forever it's a S hole. I will never spend another dime at this location. Good luck eating here.

Everything was burnt and the place is being run by kids. I will never return!

Waited in drive thru for 35 minutes only for food to be burnt, sides to be cold, and half the order to be missing. Manager advised “Sorry” when complained and offered no apology or future assistance. It will be a cold day before I waste $50 here again. Drive the 45 minutes and go to Mike Linnings.

I was tonight 1/25/2009, the time was 4:50:59 P.M., my order was two fish can for two, one with whirl rings and the other with fries. I was on the way thru, I paid money for the meals. when I arrive at home, I notice that the fish was burned and the tweeper rings where also, I would return, but I live 15 miles away, I would like to know why they had to burn that, I enjoy fish in moby thick and at their restorer the fish was always right, what happened, please do some changes soon.

Consistently the best and freshest food in town! The staff here are great as well!
