Texas Roadhouse - Taylorsville

Terrible experience. Can’t remember the waitress but very pushy and the “good customer service” was laughably artificial. Even the manager was very fake in thanking us for our patronage. Food was mid as hell too. Last time I will hand over my cold hard cash to this establishment. I’d give them -1 star if I could.

Call ahead seating worked great, our waitress was adorable and very personable, food was brought quickly, steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great!

This want to be called Texas Roadhouse. I've seen trashy restrictions but this place tops the list. Disappointing because I normally get better service, food is cooked right and I normally don't feel dirty after sitting down to eat anywhere. The bathrooms look like a run down truck spot bathroom in a third world country. We spoke to the manager and saw why this place is trashed. Her staff didn't respect her at all. This is nasty.

Almost a 5 star. Just need to be more consistent with how they cook. Obviously not an upscale stake but should be able to cook a medium stake.

Service was great considering we were a party of 8 on a Sunday. Caesar salad and loaded baked potato were great. Steak was good. I would go back.
