Cafe Esse - Taytay

The only thing we tried here is their coffee since it was late and we already had dinner. We just finished our massage and decided to stay for a cup of coffee. We must say that their coffee is really good. The ambiance of the place is homey and very relaxing. It's a small place so it's normally quiet. Great place to read and study. :)

Poor service. When we entered, the workers did not greet us until we left. Although their coffee (cafe latte) and carbonara are delicious. The foods were a bit expensive, we thought 200 for 2, but we also spent 500. After all, their cakes, especially blueberry cheesecake, are not like that, the texture of the cheesecake is obviously not what I know how to make. Pero as i said masarap ung coffee nila :)

My sister and I were fortunate enough to 'own' the cafe because there was no customer when we got there. We used the opportunity to take photos of the place --- the interiors were legit Instagrammable! For the food, we ordered Creamy Carbonara, Spaghetti Meatballs, and Choco Ala Mode Waffle. For our drinks, we ordered Cookie Crush Frappe and Strawberry Milkshake. They have several food options offered at reasonable prices. WiFi is also available, so don't hesitate to ask for the password.

Cheesy Meat Fries, Choco ala Mode Waffle, Hazelnut The combination of the sauces (mayo, ketchup, cheese sauce, parmesan) on the fries was really tasty it compliments well with the fries. We had waffle for the dessert. Waffle plus chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream is just perfect ???? i am just a little bit disappointed about their milkshake ???? bc its more like just a typical shake and it is too pricey ???? But nevertheless, good food plus good place. Perfect spot for couples and group of friends ????????

This has always been my go-to place because of their accessibility, ambiance and ofcourse, coffee. In my opinion, best non-commercial brand coffee shop that serves matcha lattes, as I am a big fan of matcha, I'm very critical when it comes to the taste. And by far, theirs is my favorite. ???? The staff are very nice as well.
