We sat by the window in the dining room to enjoy the stunning view and surrounding beauty. The ambiance was elegantly rustic, with family pictures and interesting decorations on the walls. The restaurant is open-air, so there is no need for jackets or heavy clothing. As the sun set, we were able to see the city in all its glory and feel the refreshing breeze. Vieux Chalet Swiss Restaurant in Antipolo City is a gem, offering a feel-good, convivial fine dining experience. I hope its charm never fades.
Ambiance is great, Romantic and Intimate. We ordered lamb shoulder and paired with wine. The lamb tastes so tender and no after taste. A must try.
Good food in a tucked away location. I went with my family and we were the biggest group there. Everyone else were couples enjoying the beautiful view of manila from their spot in antipolo. The waited has very good recommendations and we weren't disappointed with anything that was served to us. The lamb and beef was amazing! Would return again.
We went there unplanned. We were in the area and wanted to find a good restaurant and the place popped up in Google search. We didn't know what to expect. The set-up was al fresco and since it was summertime, it did not have that cool refreshing night breeze -- probably better to go there on a December. In terms of the food, it was quite pricey and was almost like a fine dining restaurant in price range. The food was okay for the price but the service was excellent. After we ordered, we decided to check the place out and look at the rooms and amenities. We ended up in the pool area and when we asked if we could dine out there, the staff was very accommodating and set up the table there for us. We ordered the Swiss raclette, the lamb shoulder in red wine sauce and feticinni padilla. All were okay but the taste was at a high price point for the taste. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the place for a romantic dinner. We even saw Rovilson Fernandez there on a date. A true testament to this Antipolo establishment when the host of "Ang Pinaka" decides to go there on his day off.
