Overall, everything is great. The service is nice, rules and regulations are strictly followed.

Would get five stars but every time we went to one they where always out of something we wanted.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the dining experience is superb, and it offers great value for money.

I'm always disappointed every time I request Ketchup Sachet for my Burger they always said i Ketchup is only for French Fries. Only in the Philippines Jollibee the Ketchup Sachet is limited, unlike in other countries that have Jollibee Outlet Ketchup is unlimited.
