Gala Restaurant&bar - Tbilisi

GALA is the best place I visited in Tbilisi! Nice interior design. Food delicious. The eggplants with peanuts were absolutely amazing. Probably the best Adjaruli khachapuri in Tbilisi. After amazing traditional foods, we have also tried old and modern deserts and I can say that is 100/100!!! Service was also good and fast.

Gala Restaurant and Bar is the new place from the founder of the famous Bina37, which is licensed in the center of Tbilisi, on the #1 Galaktion Tabidze street, near Freedom Square. Through her first restaurant my expectation was very high and Fortunatelly was not frustrated! The exterior and the interior are both beautiful. The paintings on the walls on their exterior are beautiful The kitchen is a blend of traditional Georgian and contemporary cooking. Compared to Bina37, you can find larger menus for desserts. You're just the best I tried in Tbilisi. Both Buratino(burata, rucola, strawberries) and Smetannic were delicious. I am sure that GALA trendy place for tourists and locals.

It's delicious food. All scheduled meals were at a very high level. I think only the Hincaly test is a little elastic, but, in general, it tastes delicious. Surprised home lemonade from a fresh faejoa. There's no room for dessert. Good wine map, good service. The restaurant is in the back of the courtyard, so it's probably not overcrowded. P.S. The husband in the booking warned me that we were going to celebrate my birthday, either the staff had forgotten or there was no practice of congratulating the birthdays.
