Rachis Ubani - Tbilisi

This is one of my favorite places in Tbilisi. Close to the amazing museum of ethnography. The house itself in which the restaurant is located is old, you can see it inside. Food is delicious and the view is beautiful. It's quiet, barbecues and birds singing. I recommend this place safely.

I visit it every time when in Tbilisi. Excellent food and views. Perfect location to visit after a walk over Mtatsminda mountain. Highly recommend. Just remember there is no entrance from the ethnographic museum. Smoking tbiliseli (georgian way to call those who live in Tbilisi) may be an issue. Not sure much could be done about this apart from politely asking them not to smoke at the table. Most of the georgians are very friendly.
