Commercial - Te Awamutu New Zealand

This us the 4th time we have dined here. The menu has changed which wasn't a bit with my family. I had the fish of the day and with this meal came battered beans ... yuck! My husband had the scotch fillet and he got a very dry and crumbly BATTERED egg! Our son ordered the ribs and these had been over cooked and there was no sauce. My grand daughter However thoroughly enjoyed her pizza. Not sure I like the new menu!

We found the service really great, the Duck Volcano Salted Steak was delicious, our mussel entree was disgusting (not fresh at all) but the toffee banana was delightful. Overall, i think it was a lil pricey for Te Awamutu, but main and dessert options were really delish! 3.5/5 to be fair...those mussels though...gag!
