Very nice subway, staff were friendly and approachable!! Why no 5 stars because the male washroom was not really clean and a little beat up with a leaking Fawcett. Outside of that the rest of the subway was clean!!! I'm sorry, I usually don't go so far to write reviews, but after my experience at the Subway location in the Green Valley Plaza, I couldn't just let this go. I went around 9:30-10pm, an hour before they close, but still fairly early. I ordered a pizza sub and 2 other items through mobile order. Once I got home and opened the sub wrapper, I first noticed that I had no white paper, just the outer wrap. Weird. While I went to pick up a piece, the marinara sauce fell out and was almost the texture of a paste, and dark; looked almost expired, or old. I opened my sandwich, and it was absolutely so gross.... I couldn't eat it. Really disappointing that employees serve this... there should be food quality standards. This is not a a good review. We asked for our toppings on the side , as this sub wasn't going to be eaten for 4 hours , and server said they can't do that service next time, AND EDIT no cheese put on. Icing on the cake Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
