Tim Hortons - Tecumseh

I'm not typically a complainer but I ordered a holiday smile cookie and when I got to work I realized they gave me a chocolate chunk cookie with a smile on it. I'm allergic to chocolate and the holiday smile cookie is supposed to be a sugar cookie. This was early in the morning on Sat Nov 18th. I'm assuming they ran out so they decided to just slap a smile on some chocolate chunk. Not the best idea for those with a chocolate allergy especially if people are ordering in the drivethru and can't actually see the cookie until after...

I stopped in for lunch being in the area. Getting out of the rain in here was nice. The lad who served me clearly was friends with their co-worker so it was nice.

After waiting in drivethru for about 22 minutes, get up to window and debit not working. Since I had no cash I don't get coffee. I remember when you'd still get your coffee. As a multi billion dollar company, who's prices keep going up, when your debit crashes, you'd still let things go that are under $5.00. So my daughter doesn't get her muffin before school...at least I can go to a different Tim Hortons where I will even be able to get my order correct. Only a 10% chance at this one. I'm done with this one..bunch of class act

Staff putting muffins and donuts with out gloves and just throwing it on .The place is not clean.

Service terrible, food terrible....yeah not the same that it was once...
